We strictly prohibit the use of Watermark Eraser for unauthorized copyright infringement or the removal of copyright notices for fraudulent distribution.
2. User Representations & Warranties
By submitting an image or video file to Watermark Eraser, you represent and warrant that:
- You are the creator and copyright owner of the media, OR
- You have received express written permission or commercial licensing rights from the copyright holder to edit the media, OR
- Your use falls within a legally recognized copyright exception or fair use standard in your jurisdiction.
3. DMCA & Copyright Complaint Procedure
If you believe that your copyrighted work is being made accessible or distributed through Watermark Eraser in a manner that constitutes infringement, please submit a formal notification to our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material or URL claimed to be infringing.
- Your contact information, including physical address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
