By accessing or utilizing the Watermark Eraser website, tools, APIs, and associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of the service immediately.
2. Permissible Use & User Responsibility
Watermark Eraser is provided as an image- and video-editing utility for legitimate personal, educational, and commercial workflows. You agree that:
- You will only upload, edit, and download content that you own, hold valid licenses for, or have received explicit authorization to modify.
- You will not use Watermark Eraser to infringe upon the intellectual property rights, trademarks, or copyrights of any third party.
- You will not use the service to remove watermarks or copyright management information in violation of digital copyright laws (such as 17 U.S.C. § 1202 or applicable regional equivalents) without legitimate rights.
- You will not submit media containing illegal, defamatory, or abusive material.
3. Service Availability & Limitations
Watermark Eraser is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind. While we endeavor to provide uninterrupted, high-fidelity processing:
- We do not warrant that watermark removal will achieve 100% optical perfection on every file or format.
- We reserve the right to modify, throttle, or discontinue features to protect server stability and prevent abuse.
- Maximum file sizes and queue limits are enforced to maintain platform integrity.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Watermark Eraser, its developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, or any unauthorized modification of media performed by users.
5. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
